We built Plate It Right to be a calm, private, family-friendly game. We collect as little information as possible. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.

2. What the App Stores on Your Device

Your game progress is stored locally on your device. The App does not require an account and does not upload your progress to our servers.

3. Information Processed by Third Parties

• Purchases: If you subscribe to Plate It Right Pro, purchases are processed by Apple and validated by our subscription provider RevenueCat. We do not see or store your payment card details.
• Analytics: Usage analytics are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.
• Advertising: The App does not contain third-party advertising.

4. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or health records.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences and is designed to be safe for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can clear all local data anytime via Settings → Delete all my data. To make a data request, contact arya.technologies@plateitright.org.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
